Uma and CJ go down under the sea to find Jay's treasure box. They find it inside an abandoned Treasure Hole, but they are not allowed to take it. Uma can only keep the treasure box if she promises that she will live rest of her life as a mermaid. Uma refuses. Everyone under the sea fears Uma, because she is a sea witch. They don't ever want her to come back down under the sea. Uma and CJ are allowed to take the box, but the magic was inside has escaped. Uma thinks the three items that Carlos, Jay and Evie are looking for will activate the friendship magic. Whatever that escaped from Jay's chest shatters Evie's magic mirror. Evie, Mal and Audrey are not sure what it means. Jordan, Elena, Naomi, Gabe, Jane and Carlos meet up. They are also offered help from the mysterious group of girls. They want to find Isabel and Dizzy who are in Neverland, but they don't know how to get there. Elena thinks they need to find Tootles. He may have answers to everything.
