Keeping in view its reputation, we opted it for our Umrah trip during the last week of March and first week of April 2014 and it turned out to be a great decision. The most amazing part is its location; right next to Haram King Fahad Gate so you never miss a prayer even if you leave your room at Adhaan. Both our rooms had Haram view which was awesome. The rooms are very neat and clean with comfortable beds; though not as comfortable as Dar al Hijra Intercontinental in Medina. Room service was prompt and the staff was very courteous and cooperative. They offer a very good menu at the buffet breakfast that features almost all the food options one needs to spend a day full of exertion doing tawafs and prayers. The elevators in the hotel building give a view inside the hotel, while there are more in the adjacent tower complex, which give a beautiful view of the Haram and on the top floors, even Ka'aba. The only sub-par things were the toilets with outdated fittings and the televisions, which are some Daewoo brand having poor reception and installed at location where only one person can watch easily. The Hilton Mall is a sizeable shopping area offering all sorts of merchandise, grocery and food outlets and in case you are not an explorer by personality, people at Hilton have made it sure that you don't leave the complex during your entire stay there looking for something to buy. Overall, it was an excellent experience staying there though I am not sure if it would remain there the next time we go as people told us that the new Haram expansion plan includes demolition of Hilton complex. 360 SA Channel 360° 8K and 4K high Quality Street videos, I created it in the Streets of Khobar my hometown and other places. This is the way to visit and enjoy the streets without leaving your home, saving you for the visa and travel expenses.
