2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L - Family SUV

The Jeep brand continues to expand high-tech offerings to its new Grand Cherokee family of vehicles, Jeep took an interesting strategy with its fifth generation Grand Cherokee, opting to reveal a new three-row L model. The Grand Cherokee L debuted at the start of the year as a 2021 model while the standard Grand Cherokee arrived later as a 2022 model with a few notable improvements. The two models have officially caught up with each other. 2022 model year changes include new Limited Black and Summit High Altitude packages, which add unique exterior accents and wheel designs. Customers get three new color choices for 2022, including Ember, Hydro Blue, and Midnight Sky. Jeep's biggest upgrades for 2022 come in the dash, where the Grand Cherokee L now includes up to 50 inches of total available digital screen space. The 2022 Grand Cherokee L is available with a 10.25-inch front passenger interactive display that first debuted in the Grand Wagoneer. This screen is mounted on the passenger side dashboard and offers co-pilot navigation, camera viewing, and visual entertainment. The feature is available on Limited, Overland, and Summit models or standard on the Summit Reserve. In addition to the passenger screen, buyers can add two 10.1 inch high definition entertainment displays in the second row. These screens include Amazon Fire TV, meaning they can stream video such as Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and more from the car's built-in Wi-Fi hotspot or mobile device hotspot. Like the last generation Grand Cherokee, the new one is powered by either a 3.6 liter V 6 or a 5.7 liter Hemi V 8. Jeep also offers its plug in hybrid 4xe powertrain that introduces electrification to its family SUV.
