TODAY'S RECIPE IS Mango Rasmalai Recipe | Easy & Best Mango Sweet Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Mango rasmalai
Milk 1 litre
Let it boil
Low the flame
Vinegar + water 2 tbsp (each)
Milk starts curdled
Strain
Wash with cold water
Squeeze well
Hang for 15 mins (black background e hobe)
All purpose flour 1/2 tsp
Baking powder pinch of
Knead for 5-7 mins
Smooth dough
Make 39-35 balls
Sugar 1 cup
Water 4 cup
Cook until boil
Cover
Cook for 10 mins on medium flame
After 10 mins shake the pan (do not open the lid)
Again cook for 10 mins
Let it soak for 1 hour
Milk 2 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Cook until boil
Cardamom
Cinnamon
Cook until reduce into 1 & 1/2 cup
Let it cool completely
Mango puree 1/4 cup
Mix well
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
