Ingredients Atta /Wheat Flour-2cups + 2tbsp Water-1cup Oil- Salt- Sugar-1tbsp Method Add oil, sugar,salt and water in to a bowl and mix.. Then add flour in small amounts and mix well.. Finally add full flour and knead well with ur hand and make a soft dough .. Close the dough with a wet kitchen towel and close for 2 hours for best result or minimum 20 minutes .. After that open the dough make big balls and spread oil on all of them.. Take one ball each and spread that into thin sheet .. Then sprinkle flour on both sides Then make pleats and close them as shown in the video and make disc.. Do the same procedure to all the other balls .. Then take the first disc and spread into paratha shape.. Heat tawa and make paratha ... Enjoy with ur choice of curry..
