Ingredients Required:
Bombat ravva (Sooji) – 1cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Ghee – 2tbsp
Milk – 1 n 1/2 cup
Preparation:
1.Add ghee to heated pan
2.Add sooji and fry for 3 to 4min in low heat and keep aside
3.Add milk into a pan and boil
4.Add fried ravva into milk and mix
5.Add sugar and mix,cook till water evaporates completely and separates from pan in low heat
6.Now apply ghee to a plate and transfer cooked ravva and decorate with dry fruits
7.Cut into pieces of any shape of your choice
