@TheRealMalakai3 years ago Im really liking these FPS findings for 5600G vs. 5600X, both when applying GPU!
I was comparing single- and multi-core benchmark performances o n Passmark, Cinebench, Geekbench 5 across legitimate benchmarking sites among users and also noticed the % differences between 5600X and 5600G seemed marginally too low to justify the former options higher cost, especially for budget builders who want to start tinkering now.
Since my approach was mostly analytical/theoretical, Im glad to see how those numbers translated into actual performance in games to confirm what I was seeing.
Cost minded gamers/enthusiasts really cant go wrong with trying these new six core APUs like you suggested, especially if theyre considering gaming AND streaming down the road. Im buying one for sure haha, thanks again for the info !
