Cookie Layer:
1 pack of frozen peanut butter cookie dough
Oreo Layer:
1 17 oz pack of family sized peanut butter Oreos
Brownie Layer:
1 18 oz box of Ghirardelli Brownie mix
1 large egg
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
PREPARE BROWNIE BATTER AS DIRECTED ON BOX, BUT SUBSTITUTE MILK FOR THE WATER , AND MELTED BUTTER FOR THE VEGETABLE OIL. ALSO ADD VANILLA EXTRACT.
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
Line a 9 by 13 inch pan with parchment paper
Mix brownie batter
Flatten cookie dough into bottom of pan
Top with layer of Oreos
Pour brownie batter on top of Oreo and cookie dough layer
Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 30 min
Remove foil and continue baking for 15-20 min
Let brownies cool completely before cutting, about 30 minutes
Brownies will still be soft in center, but will set once they cool.
