Northern Arizona Snow Melt Flooding

The 2022, 2023 winter has been record setting for snowfall. The snow is beautiful to look at and play in, but for the folks that have to live in it, shovel it over and over again the beauty may be short lived. There has been collapsed roofs, ice dams causing leaking roofs, flooding in the Kachina Village area as well as Oak Creek Canyon and the Verde Valley. These areas flooded in 2014 from excessive snowfall in Northern Arizona as well. This snow melt fills Bartlett Lake which is a water reservoir for the Phoenix Metro area. Thanks for watching.
