自制红豆汤圆💯皮不开裂,软糯香甜,满满的红豆内陷,超级好吃😋 ❤️红豆内陷材料:350克红豆,200克白糖,1500毫升清水,20克玉米油,班兰叶 ❤️汤底:1000毫升清水,20克姜片,100克黑糖,班兰叶 ❤️汤圆皮:200糯米粉,15白糖,180毫升清水 1)把红豆清洗干净,加入班兰叶&1500毫升清水,气压锅煮30分钟 2)煮好的红豆捞起,放入搅碎机内搅成泥,再倒入锅中加入200克白糖,20克玉米油炒至5-10分钟就可以放凉备用 3)准备1000毫升清水20克姜片100克黑糖班兰叶,煮至沸腾糖融化就可以盖锅备用,这样汤圆汤底就做好了 4)碗里加入200糯米粉15白糖,把180毫升清水边加入边搅拌;揉成团不粘手就可以了 5)取一勺红豆泥揉成圆形,再取面团也揉成圆形压扁把红豆泥放中间再包起来,揉圆 6)锅中水烧开,把汤圆加入煮至浮出表面就可以取出装碗 7)淋上提前煮好的姜汤汁,香喷喷的红豆汤圆就做好了😍 Homemade red bean glutinous rice balls 💯 skin does not crack, soft and sweet, full of red beans inset, super delicious😋 ❤️Red beans inset material: 350g red beans, 200g sugar, 1500ml water, 20g corn oil, pandan leaves ❤️Soup base: 1000ml water, 20g ginger slices, 100g brown sugar, pandan leaves ❤️Glutinous rice balls: 200 glutinous rice flour, 15 sugar, 180 ml water 1) Clean the red beans, add pandan leaves & 1500ml of water, and cook for 30 minutes in a pressure cooker 2) Pick up the boiled red beans, put them into a blender and blend it, then pour into the pan, add 200 grams of sugar, 20 grams of corn oil and fry for 5-10 minutes, then let it cool for use. 3) Prepare 1000 ml of water, 20 grams of ginger slices, and 100 grams of brown sugar pandan leaves, and boil them until the sugar melts and cover the pot for later use, so that the glutinous rice balls soup base is ready 4) Add 200 glutinous rice flour and 15 sugar to the bowl, add 180 ml of water while stirring; knead it into a dough and don’t stick to your hands. 5) Take a spoonful of red bean paste and knead it into a circle, then take the dough and knead it into a circle, press it, put the red bean paste in the middle and wrap it up again, and knead it into a round shape. 6) Boil water in a pan, add the rice balls and cook until they rise to the surface, then take them out and put them in a bowl 7) Pour the ginger soup cooked in advance, and the fragrant red bean glutinous rice balls are ready 😍
